Regency LRP online games are games that focus on the interactions of characters to develop immersive and emergent storytelling. There are elements of romance and politics, and as a fantastical game it does not adhere strictly to the historical setting from which it takes its inspiration.
Characters are defined by their attributes. All characters hold a different position in society, which is marked out according to their enfranchisement or disenfranchisement. Enfranchised characters have status in the form of title, while disenfranchised characters have contacts among their broader acquaintance who can provide help and support. But no character is alone, everyone is a part of an established family network. Characters also have individual attributes of wealth and heartiness, as well as their education or accomplishments.
